• Investment in the stock or commodity market is subject to market risk. No low-risk product is offered.
• We do not provide any type of guaranteed, surety or fixed-profit commitment plan.
• We do not offer profit sharing or portfolio management services.

2. Client responsibilities

• Do not act on personal recommendations given by any associates of the company.
• You should not share your demat login ID or password with any of our employees. If you do so, neither the company nor any employee will be responsible for your losses.
• All products are listed on our website. Please read all features before subscribing to any service.

3. KYC & compliance

KYC and risk profiling are mandatory as per the applicable regulatory framework. It is mandatory to complete KYC before starting services. The company may stop providing services if KYC is found incomplete.

4. Payments & refunds

Once the client has paid for the services there will be no refunds, cancellation or transfers. Kindly ensure yourself by using free trial services prior to taking any paid services. See our Refund Policy.

5. Broker & third party

• We do not recommend a stock broker.
• We are not associated with any intermediaries and do not recommend services of any specific intermediaries.
• If any stock broker is recommended by any of our representatives, we do not receive any remuneration or compensation from such broker.

6. Management rights

The management of the company reserves all rights related to any services. The decision of the management shall be final and binding on customers.

7. Risk disclaimer

Investment in stock or commodity markets is subject to market risk. No surety of return or accuracy of any kind is guaranteed. Past performance of products/services should not be considered a guarantee of future performance. Clients are advised to consider all information as opinion and make decisions on their own.

8. Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute or difference related to services, the same shall be resolved amicably by mutual conciliation. If the matter is not settled amicably, it shall be referred to the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
